No Sweat War Wear

I’m about to create some T-Shirts – hopefully under the “No Sweat War Wear” banner.

No Sweat War Wear
Making Salvo Identifiable Clothing
Affordable : Guilt free : Redemptive

Affordable – No garment adorning the sheild of God’s army should cost an unreasonable amount. The cost of a uniform could save many lives!

Guilt free – No garment adorning the sheild of God’s army should be made in an unjust work environment. Nor should any Salvationist initiative profit by it!

Redemptive – The sale of No Sweat War Wear items are an investment into Salvationist social redemptive programs.

This initiative was the brain child of my mate Pete Footer who is now currently smuggling Bible’s into China. He said that the project never really worked because people didn’t get it. People didn’t get why something such as this was so important.

Ever since I heard about the project I have felt quite passionate about getting it back on track. I’ve come up with some ideas for T-Shirt slogans, that I’m gonna propose to Pete. Let me know what you think of them, and add your own ideas!

If we are able to go ahead with producing them, we will need a lot of support. We will need a lot of people to tell us that they are willing to buy these shirts (and hoodies etc.) so please keep in contact.

Anyway, Ideas are as follows:

hard corps
not a metaphor

fight to the very end?
count me in!

play the tambourine whilst standing on your head
it’s worth it

the One who sacrificed His life.

trust and obey
for there’s no other way

where is your sword?

Jesus aint a dirty word
he’s my best friend

more than conquerors
nothing separates us from the love of God

the vision is Jesus
obsessively, dangerously, undeniably, Jesus.

  1. I like! Especially the tambourine one!

What I’m waiting for is all the accessories. You could have TSA-flag bandanna’s! Or how about underwear with a red shield on it or the phrase ‘gird-up your loins’.

    Bring it on Sister!

  3. I’m just quoting from the original Catty B quote, and she said tambourine.

We shall win.

"The decree has gone forth that the kingdoms of this world shall become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ and that He shall reign whose right it is from the River to the ends of the earth. We shall win. It is only a question of time. I believe that this Movement shall inaugurate the final conquest of our Lord Jesus Christ."
