A Prostitute and a Drug Dealer.

There is nothing else in the world like living in a slum. I’ve seen God more here than anywhere else. When a prostitute prays for you, and a drug dealer becomes one of your best friends, it does something to you. Your heart changes a lot.

  3. I don’t understand how you can have an active drug dealer as “one of your best friends”? Give them support; help them find the path by which they can cease dependancy on pushing drugs; tell them of God’s love and forgiveness; show them your love for them. But make them a “best friend?

As Lisa said, please explain this a bit more.

  4. In this context, when I say “best friend” I mean: person whom I’m closest too that I met on the streets.

  5. I’ve been thinking a little bit about what it would look like to live in this kind of community with the friends that I have in Perth.

We shall win.

"The decree has gone forth that the kingdoms of this world shall become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ and that He shall reign whose right it is from the River to the ends of the earth. We shall win. It is only a question of time. I believe that this Movement shall inaugurate the final conquest of our Lord Jesus Christ."
